Grid Table Lamp

Distinctive yet quietly balanced, the Clay & Kin Grid Table Lamp combines clean geometric structure with soft curves and a fresh red/green-and-pink/white palette, creating a statement piece with a calmer, more considered character.

The handmade square ceramic base features a crisp red/green-and-pink/white checkerboard pattern, pairing simple straight lines with a bold graphic rhythm. While the checkerboard design gives the lamp an unmistakable visual presence, the cool green and clean white combination creates a fresher and more composed effect — eye-catching without feeling overly bright or playful.

Above, the white TC scalloped Empire shade introduces a softer contrast to the structured ceramic base. Its gently flowing scalloped lower edge balances the straight lines of the square form, while the coordinating red/green taped edge echoes the red/green checkerboard below and visually connects the shade and base.

The combination of straight and curved lines, graphic pattern and restrained colour gives Grid a distinctive contemporary look that feels both expressive and calm. It brings personality into a space without overwhelming the surrounding décor, making it particularly suited to bedrooms, living rooms, reading corners and thoughtfully styled interiors.

When illuminated, the light-coloured TC shade gently softens and diffuses the light to create a warm, comfortable ambient glow. Measuring 35 cm high × 23 cm in diameter, Grid is compact enough for bedside tables, side tables and consoles while retaining a strong decorative presence.
